How are my points calculated?
For online purchases, you earn 10 points for every €1 of eligible product spend, after discounts and excluding taxes and shipping costs. Points are added once payment is confirmed. You can check your points activity in your club dashboard.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining the CrossingPets Club is free. Sign in through the club dashboard to view your points and rewards.
How do I use a reward?
Open the club, choose an available reward and redeem your points. You will receive a discount code to enter at checkout. Check the minimum spend and the code’s terms before using it.
What happens if I return an order?
If you receive a full or partial refund, the points earned on that order are adjusted in proportion to the amount refunded.
Do gift cards earn points?
Buying a gift card does not earn points. If you use a gift card to pay for eligible products, that purchase does earn points under the club’s terms.
